MICROBLADING
Is hair strokes created by a small blade by opening the skin with the pigment being implanted manually.
If you are used to powdering or pencilling every day, this technique is not for you as there will still be gaps. Please note this technique is not advised for oily skin types as the pigment will not implant into the skin and if it does it will be very patchy.
OMBRE BROW
The most common natural soft brow - if you do not want to powder or pencil each day Ombre is a unique technique to define your brows without having a full eyebrow. It integrates from dark to light "just like a natural soft brow would".
COMBINATION BROW
The combo brow is a combination of hair strokes (microblading) and powder which, creates a very natural brow. Combination Brow last longer then Microblading. It is also known as blade & shade. It is suitable for all skin type.

What is Cosmetic Tattoo?
Cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure. It involves tattooing specialized pigment into the upper layers of the skin. This procedure can be used to enhance the eyebrows, lips, scalp .
Does it hurt?
Topical anaesthetic is used to numb the area before and during the procedure you will feel a slight pressure sensation even a little ticklish in sometime.
How long does semi permanent make up last?
Semi Permanent make up / Microblading generally last from 12- 18 months, although depending on the individual skin and life style.
Why do cosmetic tattoos fade?
The pigment particles, which are too large to be taken away by the blood capillaries, will be trapped in the collagen of the skin. Over time the collagen and elastin reduce resulting in a faded or blurred tattoo. Colors fade at different rates. Therefore brown (which is made of red, blue and yellow) can change color. That's why years color boost is highly recommended.
PRE APPOINTMENT PREPRATION
- Two weeks prior to your appointment stop using any skin thinners (Vitamin A, glycolic acids) on the brow area.
- Any waxing or brow shaping should be done at least 2 days before.
- If you tint your brows, tint it at least one week prior to the procedure.
- Cosmetic botox or fillers should be done 3 weeks prior or 2 weeks after.
- DO NOT consume alcohol, caffeine or take any blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, Niacin 48 hours before your procedure (GP approval if required), this will cause excess bleeding and will affect your results and colour retention).
- You may come in with how you normally fill in your brows, however please feel free to bring examples of brow shapes you like to the appointment and we will work with you to create a look that works on you and your skin type.
- You may experience hypersensitivity and more pain around or during your menstrual cycle We will not be able to tattoo over any blemishes, sores, and moles in or around the brow.
- Stop taking Fish Oil 7 days before your appointment and blood thinners (with GP approval).
